Journals

These hand-made journals can be used as photo books, wedding books or sketchbooks. They are exquisitely crafted using all-archival materials: 98lb (160gsm) Canson Mi-Teintes cover paper over heavy book board for covers, with interior pages of 80# text (118gsm) Mohawk Superfine paper for sketching and/or journaling. Covers are set into a book press before and after interior pages are hand-stitched into them—using a coptic-stitching method—with waxed linen binder’s thread. Coptic stitching allows your book to lie completely flat when opened to any page. All the books have tiny beads knotted into the ends of the threads.
• Books with decorative paper interleaves have one four-page section of sumptuous decorative paper wrapped around the first and last of four 24-page sections (104 pages total).
• Books without interleaves have four 24-page sections (96 pages total).
* Your book will be the general color scheme you choose, cover colors are exact, interleaves may or may not be exactly as the book in the photograph/s.
* The color of the front and back covers is listed first in the color scheme name, and the inside covers is listed second. The color of the decorative paper interleaves will fall within the combined color scheme.
